This website has no contact form. We process data voluntarily provided by telephone or email to answer an enquiry, take steps before entering into a contract, or conduct related correspondence. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Correspondence management and the protection of legal claims also rely on the controller's legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Where required by law, Article 6(1)(c) GDPR applies.
We keep data for as long as needed to handle the matter and related correspondence, and then until any applicable limitation period for claims expires or for the period required by law.
Data may be accessed by authorised staff and by email, hosting and IT service providers supporting Eurometal. Providers receive only the data necessary to deliver their services. Data may be disclosed to public authorities where required by law.
